As a veteran owned and operated company, On The Spot Home Watch was started by a few retired contractors and computer engineers. We wanted to lend our expertise to Florida Homeowners looking to protect their investment 

At Spot Home Watch Services, we are committed to providing each of our clients with the exceptional Service. We conduct on-site inspections of your property to ensure that you can always enjoy peace of mind. Upon completion of our visit, we will email the owner a detailed report. If there is an issue, we immediately communicate with the owner in real time to discuss the issue. With On The Spot's vast knowledge of many systems in your home, most issues can be resolved at the visit. From leaks to Wi-Fi issues, there will no need to call in expensive outside vendors.

Many homeowners feel far more at ease by arranging weekly Home Watch visits and knowing someone is there to keep an eye on their home while they’re not there.
